Frequently Asked Questions.
Can we bring our own containers to fill with milk?
No, unfortunately, we do not allow customers to bring their own containers or bottles. We wash and sanitize every bottle ourselves to meet our cleanliness standards. A milk tap would prevent us from maintaining this quality control, and we've noticed that some returned bottles are not cleaned properly. To ensure the quality of our milk remains high, we only fill bottles that we have cleaned and prepared ourselves.
Do you also want the lids back?
Yes, please! For our unbranded bottles and jars, we ask that you return them with their lids. This helps us confirm that the bottles are ours and the correct size, so we don’t accidentally fill a container that our lids won’t fit.
Our branded bottles can be returned without lids.
Do you sell cream or butter?
Not yet! We would love to, but we are still looking for a small-scale cream separator, which can be quite hard to find. Stay tuned!
Do you sell raw milk?
No. Raw milk is unpasteurized, and as a licensed dairy plant, we are legally required to pasteurize all of our milk. However, we do not homogenize our milk. That means you still get milk that is as natural as possible, safe to drink, but rich and creamy just like it should be.
What is unhomogenized milk?
Unhomogenized milk has not been forced through a fine filter to break down the fat particles. As a result, the cream rises to the top, so make sure to give it a good shake before drinking! This keeps our milk (and all our dairy products) naturally sweet, creamy, and full of flavour.
