Port Waterford is a Port Salut style cheese which is originally made in Pays de la Loire France made by Trappist monks. It has been aged for 3-4 months and it has an edible orange rind. The cheese is semi-soft, creamy, and can have a very distinctive smell. It is stronger in flavour than our Markhoeve Mild, especially in the after taste.
